Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from S.K.&CO. We deal with Air Conditioner, Television, Refrigerator, Washing Machine and other home appliances. All products are sold through offline purchase from our store.

Since all sales are completed directly at our shop, refund and return will be handled based on company rules and product warranty terms. Customers are requested to check the product before completing the purchase.

Refund will not be provided once the product is sold, except in case of manufacturing defect covered under company warranty. In such cases, the product will be serviced or replaced as per brand policy.

S.K.&CO does not provide instant refund for used or damaged products. Any issue related to product must be reported within the warranty period. Warranty service will be provided by the respective brand service center.

For refund or replacement request, customers must contact our store with invoice and warranty details.
